Client Persona Workshop

Not everyone is your client and communicating as though they are is costing you the ones who matter most.

Identifying your ideal client feels unnatural at first. It seems to mean excluding people. In practice it means the opposite it focuses your energy, your messaging, and your time where they produce the most return. The professional who can describe their ideal client with genuine precision communicates differently from every angle: their website, their proposals, their introductions, their referral conversations.

This session produces one or two specific, grounded, usable client personas. Not demographic profiles. A real picture of a real kind of person what they value, what triggers them to look for what you offer, what tips the balance when they choose.

Most business communication is technically accurate and practically invisible it describes what you offer from your perspective rather than speaking to what your ideal client most needs to hear. This session helps you find the story that changes that.

People do not remember information. They remember meaning. 


The session helps you find the character, the emotion, the moment, and the specific detail that make your communication produce recognition rather than polite attention. You leave with a working foundation that makes every subsequent communication easier and more consistent.

These are the three questions this session works through in sequence. Each depends on the one before. Most professionals find the first question the hardest. By the time the third arrives it is usually the most natural conversation they have had about their practice in years.

Peer Support for Professionals

A private thinking space for the decisions you cannot examine inside the business.

Not a workshop. Not a programme. A confidential, facilitated conversation for the decisions, difficulties, and dilemmas that accumulate in a professional practice and cannot be discussed with colleagues, employees, or clients.


Most professionals who work independently or who have reached a level where there is nobody around them who understands what they are carrying have never had access to a properly structured sounding board. Someone who understands the professional context, has no stake in the outcome, and can hold the conversation without an agenda. That is what this session provides.

Once we have agreed the right starting point, the session is booked and confirmed. You will receive a workbook in advance. The session itself is a one-to-one, in-person conversation at Harrow Business Centre. The workbook holds the session. The thinking is yours throughout.

Continue the sequence

Each session in the suite builds on the previous one. Professionals who have completed the full sequence of four sessions consistently report that the clarity produced in session one makes everything that follows more productive. But every session stands alone. You are not committed to the sequence.

Answers before you book

Do I need to do all five sessions?
No. Each session stands alone. The initial consultation will identify which session or sessions are the right fit for where you are now. You could begin with the persona session and then continue the sequence as clarity builds. Or you could take only one session and find it sufficient for where they are.

Are these sessions suitable for a very new business?
Yes often particularly so. The clarity these sessions produce is hardest to build once a practice has been running for years and has accumulated habits and assumptions. Starting with a clear picture of who you are for and what you stand for is one of the most valuable things a new practice can do.

What does the initial consultation cost?
All fees are on our fees page. The initial consultation is a paid engagement. It is not a free discovery call. It is a professional conversation with real value in its own right, regardless of whether you proceed with further work.

Which session should I start with?
That depends on where you are. The initial consultation is the conversation that answers that question. Generally, the persona session is the most productive starting point because it establishes the foundation everything else builds from. But if you have done that work already, a later session may be the right entry point.

How is this different from business coaching?
Coaching sets goals and tracks progress. These sessions do not. They are facilitated thinking conversations with no prescribed direction and no follow-up programme. There is no homework, no accountability check-in, and no ongoing commitment. You bring the situation. The session holds the space. The conclusions are entirely yours.

Is peer support part of the suite?
Peer support sits alongside the suite rather than within it. It is a different kind of service not a structured output, not a facilitated examination of a specific business question, but a private thinking space for whatever you are carrying. It is available to any professional, with or without the other sessions.
