A Calm Space to Begin

Parenting after separation is rarely straightforward.

Routines, calendars, holidays, and emotions all have to be carefully balanced.

When parents struggle to agree, it is often the children who feel caught in the middle.

But building a child-centred parenting plan does not have to begin in conflict.

This 90-minute, one-to-one workshop is designed to provide you with a confidential, reflective space to begin shaping the framework of your parenting plan.

💡Your challenges

Your Challenges?

This workshop may be the right step if you:

  • Feel unsure where to begin with your parenting plan.

  • Keep circling back to the same disagreements about holidays, birthdays, or handovers.

  • Want to protect your child from being caught between two parents.

  • Worry that conflict may escalate if something isn’t put in place soon.

  • Prefer a calm, practical conversation before mediation or legal advice becomes necessary.

  • Want a neutral space to think clearly about your priorities and options.
