• Conducting KYC / CDD checks in accordance with your internal procedures

While we work as part of your team, it’s important to note:

• Your firm retains full responsibility for the work undertaken

• You provide full training of your firms systems and tools you use

• You provide supervision, case allocation, and file access

• Senior staff and governance retain their responsibilities and role: your MLRO, DMLRO, COLP, Compliance Officer retail their roles and responsibilities

• You remain responsible for any reports to the National Crime Agency (NCA), other government departments, or your AML supervisor

• All work is conducted using your existing systems and compliance tools

• We would not be providing your firm Audit Services as we would be working within your systems
